I am a specialist Civil Litigator and Advocate working under a consultancy agreement with Setfords solicitors.  I have worked on hundreds, if not thousands of cases over many years and involving multiple areas of civil law. I have successfully settled or taken matters through the courts to protect clients.

If necessary, I am a robust litigator and advocate who can represent you and appear before the courts.  Yet,  that can be expensive, cause anxiety and uncertainty.  My primary focus is therefore on resolution, out of court, with a fair and clean outcome if possible.

My legal, litigation and advocacy skills come into their own in analysing cases; looking at where the true problem lies; diffusing risk; and achieving settlements.

I was in three law firms over 36 years. Before becoming a consultant I was an equity supervising partner of a busy litigation team that achieved great results.

I am now a Consultant Civil Litigator and Advocate with Setfords solicitors.  I focus on what I love, the law and using my skills to help my clients.
